1. About Memorii Studio

Memorii Studio (ABN: [add your ABN here if registered]) operates memoriistudio.com.au, an Australian online store specialising in custom pet canvas wall art. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Custom Nature of Our Products

All products sold by Memorii Studio are custom-made, personalised items created using photos supplied by the customer. Each canvas is unique to the individual order. As a result, standard return rights for change-of-mind purchases do not apply, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law provisions for personalised goods.

3. Photo Submission & Customer Responsibility

By submitting a photo with your order, you confirm that:

•     You own the photo or have the legal right to use it for this purpose

•     The photo does not infringe on any third party's copyright or intellectual property rights

•     The photo does not contain any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content

Memorii Studio reserves the right to decline any order where the submitted photo is deemed inappropriate, very low resolution, or otherwise unsuitable for canvas printing. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Digital Preview & Approval

A digital preview of your canvas artwork will be sent to you for approval before printing. Production will not commence until your approval is received. By approving the preview, you accept the artwork as presented and authorise Memorii Studio to proceed with printing. Memorii Studio is not liable for errors that were present in the approved preview.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Memorii Studio reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on memoriistudio.com.au — including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Memorii Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Memorii Studio's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. our print and shipping partners).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
