We want to be upfront about delivery times — your canvas is not a stock item picked off a shelf. It is a made-to-order piece of art, and we take the time to get it right.
Where We Ship
Memorii Studio ships Australia-wide and internationally. Our primary market is Australia, but we welcome orders from customers around the world.
How Long Will My Order Take?
All Memorii Studio canvases are custom-made to order. Please allow 10–14 business days for design, printing, and preparation before your order is shipped. Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
• Australia: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• International: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and canvas size. We aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible for both Australian and international customers.
Tracking Your Order
Once your canvas has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order on its way to you. Please note that Memorii Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Delivery Issues
If your canvas does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at memoriistudio3@gmail.com and we will investigate with our shipping partner as quickly as possible.
If your canvas arrives damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging and the damage and email us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Important — Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Memorii Studio cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at memoriistudio3@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before printing begins.
